Wood recycling begins with collecting and sorting wood waste from construction, demolition, or discarded items. The wood is cleaned, nails or contaminants are removed, and it is shredded into wood chip. Reducing landfill waste all our woodchip is sent for biomass use.

Plastic recycling involves collecting and sorting waste by product and even colour. The plastic is ensured to be clean and then bailed into relevant product types. Plastic is then sent for further recycling reducing waste, conserving resources and lowering energy usage compared to producing virgin plastic materials.

Plasterboard recycling involves collecting and sorting waste from construction or demolition. It is stored complying with environmental regulations. Plasterboard is then sent for further processing where it is shredded, separating gypsum from paper. Gypsum is cleaned and processed for reuse in new plasterboard, agriculture, or cement production, while the paper is recycled. Metal recycling begins by sorting and segregating scrap metal via our picking lines. We hand segregate the metal into product types to enhance further recovery. It is sent for further processing where it is cleaned and shredded before being melted in furnaces. It is then purified, solidified into shapes, and used to create new products. Recycling metals saves energy, reduces emissions, and conserves natural resources.

Once paper and card are received onto our site it is sorted by type. Via a thorough sorting process, we segregate different types of paper and card. The materials are cleaned to remove contaminants and bailed on site. Once completed the bailed materials are sent for further processing to be reused fir packaging, printing and more.
