Budget Waste Management (BWM), the leading waste management service based on the outskirts of the Cotswolds, is pleased to announce the strategic acquisition of Pete Bott Skips Limited.

This acquisition will be a significant addition to BWM’s existing 10-acre operation, expanding market presence and enhancing service offerings across Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, and Warwickshire.

The integration of Pete Bott Skips into BWM’s operations will allow the company to provide faster service, quicker turnaround times, and access to additional services such as aggregates and a site tipping facility. Customers will benefit from a more comprehensive range of waste management solutions, reinforcing BWM’s commitment to sustainability and efficiency.

Daniel Holloway, Managing Director of BWM, expressed his enthusiasm about the acquisition: “We are excited to welcome the Pete Bott team into Budget Waste Management. This is a positive step forward and will enable us to better serve our local communities with a sustainable waste solution. This is just the start of our journey, and we’re looking forward to more to come.”

Pete Bott Skips, a family-run business established in 1989, has built a strong reputation for reliability and service excellence. Operating eight vehicles to serve the local area, the company has consistently provided credible and dependable waste management solutions. The alignment with BWM ensures that Pete Bott Skips’ valued customers will continue to receive high-quality service with enhanced capabilities.

Over the years Budget Waste Management has expanded significantly, growing into a large-scale operation. Most recently completing a direct contract with an Energy from Waste (EfW) plant to achieve zero-to-landfill status, and launching a national skip hire service that enables BWM to service customers across the UK.

Budget Waste Management has a clear vision: “to become the leading waste management service locally.” Daniel added, “We are making strides towards our vision, firmly establishing our service within our current area. We are actively exploring expansion opportunities to broaden our reach into new regions, servicing our growing customer base and keeping up with demand.”

This acquisition marks another milestone for Budget Waste Management as it continues to grow and enhance its service offerings. With a firm commitment to sustainability and efficiency, BWM is striving to shape the future of waste management across the region.
